Earlier this summer I read a series of articles by Robert Kiyosaki entitled ?All Booms Bust?.
There are three articles in the series and it made me think of things
from a different perspective. I have focused a lot of my efforts in my
business working with Real Estate Investors, and for me, this article
really cemented in my mind that there are ups and downs in Real Estate
Investing, despite what a lot of investors think.
I formed a Real Estate Investing club here in Loveland because it is
still a great investment and alternative to other options, but it is
important to listen to the leaders in the industry. When they talk, we
should listen. Another case of some one speaking that everybody should
listen to is found here. Watch out for the future of Real Estate Investing. Believe it or not, it can (and will) go down.
